Everyone wants to have the guts to face challenges bravely, be able to conquer fears, stand up for what we believe in, and have the courage to admit our limitations. But everyone knows it’s not that easy to do. One of the main reasons we fail to maintain a positive outlook in life is because we do not have a healthy perspective of ourselves. And this is what the recently concluded YOUNIQUE Conference 2015 centered on last April 14: Highlighting the “youniqueness” of each person to better relate with others and be able to live life to the fullest.

All ears were attentive to award-winning author and public speaker, Jayson Lo, as he spoke boldly on how coming to terms with who we really are play an important goal in personal development and improving our quality of living. Positive vibes amplified at the SM Aura Convention Hall 2 while Lo revealed that the uniqueness of each person depends on these four personalities: Dominant Eagle, Influential Rooster, Steady Carabao, and Corrective Tarsier. According to him, by understanding the traits of the different personalities, we will be able to better relate to each person conferring to how they want to be treated. Lo was joined by popular celebrities Richard Poon and Maricar Reyes,  known Radio personality Big Daddy Jake, and hospitality and financial services professional, Lyan Mecano, in further sharing viable ways to attain personal development, making sure that all attendees left the conference never looking at themselves and others the same way again.

YOUNIQUE Conference 2015 is organized by PMCM Events, an events management company that aspires to bring a personal and effective approach in every project, thus coming up with ventures that go beyond involvements that are fun yet short-lived into bringing worthwhile experiences participants can take home.
